Harsh is responsible for setting the vision and strategy for the
company’s growing Data and AI practice, which blends AI-powered
analytics with human judgment. He oversees more than 20,000 data
analytics and AI professionals in this role. Harsh is focused on
leading our clients to better insights consumption and value
realization through the use of Generative AI.
Before joining Genpact, Harsh filled the role of Managing Director
and Global AI Strategy Leader at Accenture. He served clients
across CPG, Insurance, and Energy industry segments, shaping
Analytics-powered transformations. He has also worked closely
with the Google Cloud Program (GCP) Ecosystem. Before
Accenture, Harsh held roles of increasing impact at Coca-Cola,
Sears, Dell, and McKinsey.
